
Lisa Adams
Founder
Lisa Ann Adams is the Founder of The Social Collectives and the owner of Artisan Plumbing Inc. She started the Loudoun County Social Collective in 2019 because she wanted to provide a positive online space for local businesses and charities to connect, collaborate, and network. Since then, the group has grown to over 16,000 members and has expanded to 8 counties including Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, Tysons/ Falls Church/Vienna, Fauquier, Frederick, and Berkley County. She lives in Leesburg with two of her four children and her husband David Adams.

Micah Stickle
Frederick Moderator
Micah is a Web Developer who has been working in the industry for the past 8 years. He has spent the majority of that time as a staff web developer before leaving to focus on launching his own business, Stickle Creative. When he's not working, Micah enjoys spending time with friends at a local coffee shop or going on road trips around the country. He's proud to have visited all 48 contiguous states and has Alaska and Hawaii on his bucket list.

David Hillelsohn
Fairfax Moderator
David Hillelsohn is the founder of DHill Financial, LLC, a locally-based insurance agency focused on supporting the small business marketplace. As a small business owner himself, David understands the unique challenges of business owners, and while remaining independent, he can deliver a unique approach to insurance partnerships. His company is based in Fairfax County, and David has taken the reigns of the Fairfax County Social Collective and built this community to become the second-largest Social Collective group behind the original, the Loudoun County Social Collective. David loves seeing small businesses shine individually, and come together to see how they can make a difference in the community he calls home.

Tina Cross
Tysons/Falls Church/Vienna Moderator
Tina Cross is the leader of the crew at McCabe’s Printing Group. With decades of experience in the printing industry, she knows a thing or two about applying big ideas to a small print shop. Under her care, every project that enters our doors is guaranteed to be in smiling, capable hands. Plus, she’s discovered the 25th hour of the day! When she’s not working, Tina can be found crafting, gardening, and playing with her canine and feline companions. Rumor has it that she brings her pet dog Ruby to work EVERY day! Tina is also the Admin for the Tysons Corner/Falls Church/Vienna Social Collective and absolutely loves creating awareness for all of the small businesses who are part of The Social Collectives. Being part of The Social Collectives has opened doors to new friendships and learning experiences. Being part of this team is just amazing!

Sarah Rodriguez
Tysons/Falls Church/Vienna Moderator
Sarah R. owner of NIGHT STAR COOKIES, creates cookies made from recipes from around the world. Every cookie is homemade and freshly baked with creativity and love. Her professional background is Project Manager with a Bachelor degree and MBA in Business and she is proficient in Spanish, English and Italian. She takes advantage of her education to create her own business and supports her community. She joined Loudon County Social collective in 2020 and now she is a moderator for Tyson/Falls Church/ Vienna Social Collective. "When you support a small business, you support a dream.” – Anonymus

Jessica Oplak
Frederick County Moderator
Although originally born in Oklahoma, Jessica has called VA home for most of her life. After living all over Loudoun & Fairfax Counties, she is delighted to call Frederick Count home. A connector by nature, Jessica sees the immense value in The Social Collectives, so when asked to be an Admin for the Frederick County group, she leapt at the opportunity. As the owner of Tasty Toffee, a director of a local, hybrid homeschool university, and a Collectives team member, she is regularly given opportunities to promote her favorite subjects: entrepreneurship, education, and community service. Jessica is wife to Chris and homeschooling mom to their five beautiful children. They have more hobbies than time and more farm animals than hobbies. Jenny Branly Bilstad
Loudoun County Moderator
Jenny Bilstad is a Director of Sale Operations in the hospitality industry. During COVID her husband, with her support, began Bilstad’s Beignets. As Co-founder of a small, rapidly growing, business, with a full time job, and mother of two amazing kids, she understands multitasking. She has experienced first hand the support and friendship that comes from the Loudoun County Social Collective. An organization that can help, not only businesses but individuals succeed in the community. She is excited the Bilstad’s Beignets Store front will be opening in Ashburn this fall.

David Maunder
Tysons/Falls Church/Vienna Moderator
David Maunder is a Moderator for the Tysons / Falls Church / Vienna Social Collective. He is also the owner of Lighthouse Floors, a full service flooring contractor servicing residential and commercial customers in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. Even though his Home office is in Hamilton Virginia, you can find him at many of the Social Collectives events, passionately supporting other small business owners and local nonprofit organizations near to his heart. David enjoys live music and DJ’ing private events when he has extra time. Ice breaker: ask him why the Social Collectives team calls him “DJ Shorts”!

Renee Ventrice
Loudoun County Moderator
Renee has lived in Loudoun County since 2003 with her husband Don, their son Gino, and their Jack Russell Terrier, Beemer. She and her husband own Cork and Keg Tours, an international award-winning winery and brewery tour company. What started as her side hustle in Nov 2016, has won Best Wine Tour Company multiple publications including Lux Life Magazine, winning 3rd, 7th and 5th in the USA Today Readers’ Choice Poll 2020, 2021 and 2022, respectively, and Best of Loudoun 2021 and 2022. Renee has been featured in multiple international publications and podcasts, and been recognized for her leadership and innovation, to include the inaugural Loudoun Certified Tourism Ambassador of the Year 2021, CEO of Excellence from Global CEO Review, and was award the first ever Digital Innovator Award from Meta in 2021. Renee is a certified wine educator, teaching others to pair wine with life, as well as a social marketing mentor with her Go Be Grape brand. As a US Navy veteran, she volunteers and fundraises regularly for Veterans Moving Forward, a non-profit that trains and provides service dogs to veterans in need.
